Dear Franchise Partner,

This notice is issued in accordance with the Center Authorization, Franchise & Business Agreement of GCC Education Academy.

All existing GCC Education Academy Study Centers are required to complete their Online Center Registration, KYC Verification and Document Verification on or before 31 August 2026.

Registered Centers Will Continue to Receive:
Official GCC Education Academy Authorization
Online Admission & Examination Facility
Student & Center Dashboard
Digital Marksheet & Certificate Verification
Marketing & Technical Support
Cashback & Reward Benefits (as per Company Policy)
All future online services and business benefits
If Registration is Not Completed by 31 August 2026:
The Center shall no longer be treated as an Authorized GCC Education Academy Center.
All online services, admissions, marketing support and technical support shall be discontinued.
The Center shall immediately stop using the GCC Education Academy name, logo, website, study materials, certificates and all Company branding.
The Center must remove all GCC Education branding from its office, signboards, advertisements, website and social media.
The Center may continue its educational activities only under its own independent name.
GCC Education Academy shall have the unrestricted right to appoint another Authorized Center, Branch or Franchise in the same area, and the previous Center shall have no exclusive territorial rights or claim.

This shall be treated as the Final Notice. Failure to comply within the prescribed time shall result in action as per the Franchise Agreement and Company Policy.
